「This is a no frills motel conveniently located to everything. The only issue was that I was double charged - by both the motel, who said it was “pay at the property” and hotels.com, who said they would rectify it and have not. 」

「Staff was very friendly. Accommodation’s were clean and well maintained. The pool area was clean and spacious. Pool had a depth of 31/2 to 5 1/2 feet. It (pool) was large and the grandchildren enjoyed playing with lots of space not intrude on others also in the pool. 」

「For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue」

「I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.」
