"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door. "

"I wouldn’t recommend this place since this hotel is very loud, couldn’t sleep in since everyone is loud at the pool. Also the AC kept turning off and me waking up hot. I had to get up 4 times to turn it back on. I also had to turn on the humidifier since that kept turning off too. They charge 100$ deposit and still haven’t got refunded on it and it’s day 2. They let people play loud music there and seem to not care about the guests at all. They charged me 3 different charges one for room, one for deposit and another for early check in at 3:45 when check in at 4pm. They say the system charges you but I don’t believe that since she charged my card 3 times. Never experienced any hotel like this! The door didn’t open either, had to come back in office and get them to fix it. Read reviews I should’ve listened and found another hotel. Never again. I’ll call tomorrow about my deposit back. "

"We encountered several problems one major problem was the AC not working correctly in our room we let them know and they said they could’ve offered us a fan, but fans were already all distributed out to other hot rooms super unacceptable for the price we paid. We stay there every year for Easter weekend this year was super disappointing. If they have these issues they should be fixed. This is a big nice hotel for Corpus Christi. We were super disappointed.. great Staff but come on how can we sleep in a hot room we’re not in a Third World country! Pool was closed to Maintenance on a holiday weekend again super disappointing!"
