「Clean and safe.」

「Very nice place to stay. A very good breakfast that stays open longer for us late sleepers. Great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convienently located for eating as well as shopping. We will stay here again when in the area.」

The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very...

「The facility was clean but no spic and span. I found it odd that the housekeeping carts stayed out in the hallways all day and night, including when not in use. 「Family friendly」

「Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available.」
