「Horrible customer service and dirty room (beds unmade/previously slept in, dog hair in the sheets, piss/crap stains on sheets and actual mattress, shower drain clogged, mold, roaches, and bed bugs). I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a dirtier hotel and honestly would not recommend that place to anyone. 」

When I checked in on Thursday my room smelled a little funny, but not too bad. Friday morning I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh well, you know things happen. By Saturday and Sunday I had killed five cockroaches in my room. When I went down for breakfast on Sunday morning I saw cockroaches on the walls of the dining room. I can't believe that this got an eight...

「We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room. 」

Breakfast was okay: waffles, bread, coffee, cereal, and peanut butter. Pretty freaking dingy motel, but again, it was about $55. Pros: I did feel safe as a woman.」
