「the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both.」
