The property takes you back in time to the turn of the 19th century. Stairs and floors creak with character, the stairs and banister are a reminder of grandparent's home as I grew up. The breakfast was personally made and it was perfect.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here diving from Kansas to Colorado and we will stay again. Avid is wonderful for the price. The rooms are clean I love that there is no carpet so you know the floors are clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is so friendly.

Pool and hot tub were in working condition - a little on the old side. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Friendly environment. Good, hot breakfast selection. Would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. We got in late. The clerk at the front desk was sweet as honey. The hotel looks just like all of the pictures. Swank! Cozy! Clean! Even though it seems mega-grody to even think about someone else - thousands of other people - using the same bedding, the pillows really are the best. You have to trust that they are cleaned properly so as not to worry about it. My ratings are high because I paid a lot and everything looked brand new, I saw nothing amiss. This place has the yummy...

This place is amazing, truly. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was it smelt amazing, refreshing, and CLEAN. The young gentleman who checked me in was friendly, prompt, knew what he was doing, informative and just all around a pleasure to interact with! walked into my room and felt good about staying here. I felt safe especially being a solo woman traveler. it’s updated and is just what I needed to make my last push to colorado. Thank you Kansas! I recommend everyone stay here even though...

The room & lobby were exceptionally clean. Surprised that I received cleaning services 4 out of my 5 night stay. Also pleased that shampoo/ conditioner were dispensed in the shower so no useless plastic bottles that get 1/2 used & thrown away. Great water pressure, comfortable bed, fast internet. Courteous competent staff.

Comfortable room with good bed, TV, and location. Two convenience stores and restaurants within 1/10th of mile. Room was clean and everything worked well. Despite being close to interstate, it was a quiet location.
