「Great place, just need a better system when there are events. Even though it was 830 pm our room was still not ready. We waited almost an hour. Other that it was all great..employees, rooms, all of it.」

「Pool has been under maintenance since June. We booked specifically for this pool. Would’ve been nice to have known it wouldn’t be open. 」

「Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. 「Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.」
