"The staff was very friendly. The made came every day and she made an extreme effort to keep the room clean. The front office helped with an extra day when my flight was cancelled. Everyone made my stay enjoyable"

"The Disney property is impeccable, as with all things Disney. Reception and foyer are very clean with a welcoming fresh scent in the air. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and the amenities are good. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality cotton, although the extremely firm latex type pillows are quite uncomfortable - often leaving us with stiff necks in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to parks is comfortable and runs very regularly - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in either direction. Food and drinks are very expensive in all of the dining options. All in all a lovely experience and we'll definitely return."
