「The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. 「I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!」

「Very comfortable and had everything you needed. The pool area is beautiful and well kept and clean. The beach is very close to the rooms and pool area. The dive shop is convenient and staff are very helpful and $10 a day for snorkeling equipment is a deal. Breakfast variety and quality were excellent. Would definitely recommend. We always felt safe and well taken care of.」
