We have no Spanish. Everyone was patient with us and helped us get registered and at the restaurant with ordering our meal. It was nice to have hot water in the shower and the room was comfortable and clean.

The Hotel Real Intercontinental is a great place to stay, Employees are amazing, like family, Courteous, well educated, considerate, compassionate, loving and very attentive! Felt at home! Rooms are great! please keep It up, you are one of the Best or the Best! I am so Happy and enjoyed it!! Melquisidet and Rigoberto were excellent, honestly as soon as you arrive the pampering begins!!
