I chose this hotel because it was recommended to me as a top-tier property; however, my experience felt more in line with a 3-star hotel. The parking was limited, and while the rooms were clean, they were not very updated. The hallway carpet had a noticeable old smell not unpleasant, but noticeable. Customer service was good however I feel the price is somewhat high for what the hotel offers. Overall, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel. There are other hotels in the area that may offer same or better experience, although I did not have the opportunity to stay at them.

We have no Spanish. Everyone was patient with us and helped us get registered and at the restaurant with ordering our meal. It was nice to have hot water in the shower and the room was comfortable and clean.

The Hotel Real Intercontinental is a great place to stay, Employees are amazing, like family, Courteous, well educated, considerate, compassionate, loving and very attentive! Felt at home! Rooms are great! please keep It up, you are one of the Best or the Best! I am so Happy and enjoyed it!! Melquisidet and Rigoberto were excellent, honestly as soon as you arrive the pampering begins!! GOOD

World class property and service. Newly renovated. The lounge/club level is a must for the breakfast and happy hour, it is worth the money. There was a miscommunication about being transported from the airport, but the receptionist apologized and sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room, I was satisfied. The pool area was comfortable to hang out at with the pool being a perfect temperature. Rooms were clean and modern. The best part of the hotel is the staff. You were always greeted with a smile and a good morning/evening. They went above and beyond for any request. We had a massage, expensive but the therapist was highly skilled and worked out our travelers knots. I would recommend having some small bills, US or local currency, for tips. The staff does not expect tips but definitely deserve them. You can make their day with $2. I don’t think could be a better stay in the city.

The food and overall experience was very good.But we had a very bad encounter with the housekeeper.We had the non Disturbed sign on the door and the housekeeper she did not care. She still came in the room and I was in my underwear.And she did it more than one time.
