「Property was amazing! They have their own parking spots, food on their restaurant was amazing and cheap and the room we stayed in was very clean and fresh too! The hot springs (which they have 2 "small spots") have a decent amount of privacy and you can request a hotter temperature and drinks on the spot! I'd like to thank Zury (the host when we arrived) she was kind, friendly and gave us amazing advice for our driving route back to Ciudad de Guatemala. I'd love to return here!」

「Avoid this place at all costs. I rarely write reviews but I have to warn people about this place. When I got there, I drank from the "purified" potable water they put in the rooms - terrible idea. I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain, nauseous, fever, vomiting every 10 minutes. Had an absolutely brutal first 2-3 days because of that food poisoning. The staff was completely unhelpful - I asked their 24/7 digital concierge if they could bring me some water because I couldn't...
