「Beautiful stay」

「I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Communication was great, before arriving and during my time there. The room was perfect - incredible view, lovely balcony to sit out on, dependable wifi and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delivered, if you order it the night before and was delicious. Every time we tried to talk to someone about it to see if they could move us to a new room where it wasn't above our heads, they would say that that day was the last day construction was happening. This wasn't true. The showers are also dodgy with wires showing. The hot water didn't work for half of our stay. They did try to...

「The menu was very varied and fresh. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was clean and the blankets were very comfortable. The reservation stated there would be a bathtub, but I was assigned a room with a shower. The only drawback was getting there. The surrounding streets aren't paved; I think directions would have been very helpful. The only access is through the shopping center.」
