Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center

Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center

10/10 Excellent
"Tikal Futura is a very pleasant and welcoming place, conveniently located in an excellent area with easy access to the airport, the Periférico, Roosevelt, and several other major roads. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to quickly find a solution so I could have a late checkout. Even though the hotel was fully booked and they had a major event taking place, they still allowed me to stay a little longer, which I truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean, and it is clear that they are regularly maintained and renovated. The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. From the rooms and elevators to the lobby and common areas, everything is spotless and very well maintained. Overall, Tikal Futura is a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming hotel in a very convenient location. The excellent service and attention from the staff made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again."
