"Mi estancia en este hotel tuvo tanto cosas positivas como áreas a mejorar. Lo bueno: las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y la vista al volcán es espectacular. El espacio verde también es encantador. Sin embargo, hubo varios inconvenientes: el hotel no ofrece restaurante en ciertos horarios, y la comunicación del servicio falló: no me avisaron para el masaje ni me enviaron la bata prometida. Además, el área verde estaba abierta sin avisos claros, pero al día siguiente nos dijeron que no podíamos estar ahí. También, en el desayuno, aunque estaba incluido, nos cobraron un extra sin habérnoslo aclarado antes. El hotel tiene potencial, pero definitivamente necesitan mejorar la comunicación y la atención al detalle. ¡Ojalá ajusten esos puntos, porque el lugar tiene mucho potencial!"

"Had a big group of 8 and Needed a place to stay for the night while visiting Antigua, it was last minute. From the pics in Expedia it didn’t seem to be the best but it was the only place I could find to accommodate my group. Location was a bit far from Antigua downtown. Once we entered you can see a beautiful Hotel Architecture, Totally worth it. It was one clean room with a bunch of bed aligned, restroom had like 3 toilets 2 showers. It was awesome! Breakfast was decent price and delicious. Friendly staff. I would totally stay there again for a bit longer. The only thing maybe is that price was a bit higher compared to other locations that were sold out, still, a good option to stay."
