「Booking request was not honoured. I booked oceanfront, ground floor with two queen beds and they gave me what they felt like based on their assumptions. They promised to change the king bed to two queens but never did. Calls to reception/front desk/concierge were mostly unanswered. The minibar was unstocked at check-in, raising questions about the room preparation, and we never received the coffee-maker as promised. The room was very basic and dated - there were rust stains on the lampshades....

「There are some renovation works taking place, but didn’t really hinder our stay. I did feel we were given the last room in the inn- not quite finished. No ceiling light, but good perimeter lighting. Our phone did not work. The tv remote did not work to access the room Info. There was no rubbish bin only a bathroom bin. No hair dryer. Also they carried out a fogging treatment with no warning and our room was engulfed in black smoke with us in it even though the door was closed. we thought the...

「We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.」
