「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「I just recently returned from my stay at Mount Cinnamon. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and I appreciated the welcome drink. My room was beautiful and clean with a nice view off of the balcony. Also, comfortable bedding, and the hotel was very quiet. I loved coming to my room the first day and seeing fresh baked banana bread, and everyday, the staff personally delivered cookies to the room. Such a nice treat. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. There was a mixup when I asked...

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」
