「So just to start this off I only get one night And it was during carnival. My check-in was not good at all it took them almost 3 hours in the evening to get my room "prepared". My biggest concern was why weren't the rooms already squared away. So that made me think that they were just not doing a good job of following up with whoever takes me to my room. 「That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas).」
