「The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay」

「Great place if you want to escape crowds of grand anse, amazing view from the pool and tasty breakfast. It is conviniently located if you want to explore northern part of the island. Be prepared for mosquitos and small flies」

「It was quite a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds, nice size bathroom. Mini kitchenett works well to make meals. Medium size refrigerator comes in handy. Great pool in front ,for relaxing and eating, awesome views of the caribbean sea along with the beach goers. Very close to other food vendors ,walking distance. Main Road for taxis just in front of property, very easy to travel to and from other places. Must do again .」

「Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small...
