From check-in to check-out was smooth! I couldn’t get a taxi to the airport so the owner offered to take me to the airport in her own personal car; if this is not top notch customer service/kindness, I don’t know what is. I would certainly lodge there again.

Will stay again.

Very clean, and the room was cleaned daily. Very convenient to St George's University, though best to have a rental car. The hotel is at the top of the hill with long vistas. Our balcony overlooked the end of the GND runway (there are so few flights, this is not a noise issue), SGU, and the ocean beyond. Very friendly staff with easy check in. Check out was a matter of leaving the keys in the room and shutting the door. Comfortable beds.

VERY clean room, with friendly staff/owners who were very willing to assist and accommodate. Local area with character, I always felt safe and greeted warmly but community. Fantastic air conditioning, good bed, with fridge, microwave, plates and utensils. Great views from elevated hillside location. ** This is an honest, no-frills place to sleep and explore the St. George's, True Blue, etc. from and a value compared to other costlier places. ** Literally 3 minutes from airport. 4 minutes from fantastic (my favourite), quieter, Magazine Beach. 4-6 minutes to all places in Gran Anse and True Blue. Not the most modern plumbing in my suite but does the job.

Ensure all things are working before the guess gets there. Microwave not working. No wash cloth, must ask for it I was told. Staff is not 24/7 so I must know that before they leave. If there is no sun for the sola heating then back up for heating the water should be put on or automatically comes on. Do the appropriate refund. Two days. I only stayed two. Put a door sweep to prevent water coming in under the door and wetting guest clothes. This can eliminate liability in the future.
