「Coyaba is located centrally along the main beach in Grenada. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. Gated access to umbrella's beach bar next door. The hotel itself also has a couple restaurants and bars that offer food options until around 10PM nightly. The hotel rooms are older and a little dated, however it has the basics in that it was spotlessly clean, the showers were walk in tiled showers and the staff was superb in terms of customer service. 「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」
