「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「It has been a pleasure to see how much this resort has grown over the past 12 years! I first stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We came back 3 years later. 「On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. 「The location of the resort is right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. Breakfast was included and they had local food options. There are also several places to eat along the beach and near the resort. You can also purchase food at the resort bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay and they are planning to renovate them which will enhance the experience in the future.」
