「Amazing stay in nature. Love the fire supplies provided and the coffee was tasty. The s'more's kit was an added treat. Everything was lovely especially the setting in the middle of nature. Great fire pit and when you lay in bed you just see the trees in the woods. It just was amazing. It might be nicer if there was a blackout area where you can see the stars, and if there was an extra blanket, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the host. Absolutely amazing...

「We booked a two night stay for graduation weekend. There was no hot water in the hotel. I called front desk the first night and was told it was a problem with the entire hotel. This was false. Our friends on the first floor had hot water. We were on the third floor. Second day, I was told it was just a problem that was supposed to be fixed but wasn't yet. The front desk staff took my number for management to contact me. They did not.」

「The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!」

We requested the manager and she would get it fixed but never happened. Also main door was not being locked from outside and we were concerned for the safety of our stuffs!」

「My room 208 infront at the pool my night terrible because many child in the pool and the hotel close the pool at 10pm. Around 10pm children run in front at my room and Knock on my door. Not only one time ! I'm call at front desk and the said change for other room For this around 10.45pm I'm so close call at 911 because the child not stop the knock my door and running. This morning in my check out the front desk says the return my money back . Is with you company. Please make the money back...
