I had a excellent experience. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet but the manager Deon was great at making the right accommodations since the room was ready. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

Staff was so friendly. The room was not as advertised. I requested an accessible suite. There was no way a rolator walker or wheel chair could get into the bathroom. The "suite" had a sofa but no club chairs...just empty space. Our friends could not attend due to illness, so thank goodness we did not need to host them in our room before our New Years Eve event.
