「The rooms are very comfortable and I love the free breakfast coupons each morning. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it is always a good experience. 」

「The room was clean. However, I’d asked for a room on a specific side and ended up being put in a room on the other side. Ive stayed here numerous times work related. The place seems to have just gotten dirtier and more cigarette butts and trash around the grounds then from the first time I stayed there. The room is always fine and clean.」

「Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. 」

「Room was large and well cleaned, it came with a sticked kitchenette. The hotel has a nice restaurant in site with outdoor seating overlooking the French Broad River. The hotel was like a museum for the original jail with information on display. The room we stayed in had several original features of the old jail.」
