「The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.」

「Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. 」

「Brand new hotel opened first week of May. Very clean, staff nice, breakfast was good, even the hostess at breakfast was very nice and made sure everything was in top shape. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and resturants, even Walmart is close enough to walk to. Nail salon walking distance, overall I'll stay here again!」

「The room was clean and everything was quiet, we had a pet with us. We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to use the washer/dryer BUT not happy my daughter left her Owala and we remembered it to far down the road called and they said they would call us back after house keeping was done! It never happened. Someone kept the cup! We know we left it in that room!」

「This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!」

「They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! Which is...

「First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.」
