「Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in...

「We couldn't have chosen better for our family! We had a Celebration of Life to attend with family meeting from all over the country. Your rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a suite to have a room for family to gather. This wasn't necessary with an eating area and den area in the lobby. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. The fresh cookies and cherry coffee were a bonus. Thank you for taking such good care of us.」
