This motel was very nice to stay at! I love that the bedroom was separated from the living area. There were a lot of amenities to use and the couch/bed were comfy and the fridge was a good size too. The staff were super kind and they let us check in early. Very nice and quiet spot! :)

We arrived after 4pm. Office was closed and key was left in mail box. People were smoking right outside the rooms and pot smokers at pool.

Nice lil affordable spot in a pricey town. We stayed two nights with 3 kids and was not disappointed. Bathroom was a little cozier than we would have liked but the shower had more water pressure than most fancy hotels and that’s a win

Traverse Bay Inn is a cozy spot to rest and rejuvenate while you enjoy all Traverse City has to offer. The staff is exceptional, the pool is clean and inviting, and the lodgings are a comfy home away from home.

Beware!!!! Creeper staff was completely unprofessional and confrontational. Only stayed one of the two nights we planned on staying. This dive refused to refund the 2nd night. Will be taking them to small claims court! Do your self a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

The staff is so friendly and kind. We stay every year, and while the pool isn't open that is due to the Northern Michigan region being cold still. We recommend staying here.

The location is awesome, the exterior was cute and looked cared for, actual rooms could use some work and were a little rough. But pretty clean and very well appointed. Down side is pool closed at 8:30 when staff left for the day which also meant there was no one on site to provide assistance of any kind.
