「Great position on the beach.」

「The breakfast are boxed up and delivered to your door. That was surprising, I’ve not seen that before」

「Clean room. Noisy doors closing..dog barking. Marijuana smell outside. Fair breakfast.」

「Property is old and our room needed updating. Shower was mediocre, and the faucet control was loose. Bathroom window sills needed cleaning, as did the carpeting in the room. I will not stay there again.」

「Beautiful view of the bay, we had a balcony room. Staff was very kind and helpful for any requests we had. Breakfast was not a full breakfast with hot items, but it did include coffees, juices, waters, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, bagels, croissants, pastries, cereal, and oatmeal. Was able to get a late checkout which was much appreciated. They baked cookies in the evening and put them out for guests which was a nice little touch. Only 2 “complaints” would be that the fridge in our room was...

「We received no assistance from the hotel! Window covering wouldn't work so we had to deal with patio lights shining in our room all night. Their 24/7 support is only by phone, text or email. Don't expect anyone to come help!」

「Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern look. Had a regular room but can still see the lake . For how expensive it is , Surprised to find out there is no in room dinning , they also don’t encourage take out form restaurant and can’t order drinks or food at pool. Very close to downtown they also have a shuttle service .」
