「While there is not much in the Davison area, the BW gives an overall 'ok' score. Breakfast is available and included with the room. There is a gas station, steak house, and Applebee's nearby. Right off the interstate and not much traffic. The rooms just need an upgrade. 25 years ago, this was likely, 'the' place to stay. Now, it has old carpet, water stains, and some amenities that just stopped working.」

「Room smelled like smoke and now they are accusing me of it (when we don't smoke) and refusing to return my deposit. No Hand soap, no hair dryer, not screens or locks on windows, Staff not helpful . Stove in room looks unsafe. Beds hard as rocks.」

「The place was a dump. We did not stay. I gladly forfeited my one night's charge to get out of there. The desk person was nice, but that is all I can say for the place. The whole property was dark and dingy. Most things like the ac seemed to work, but the furniture was beat up. There was a large hole in the carpet and the back of the bathroom door was smashed in. No elevator and the carpet on the stairs was the nastiest I've seen.」

「Brand new. Nice location. Comfy beds. We stayed one night on the 4th floor. We could not get our room to cool down. Went to front desk around 2:30 a.m. to ask about it. He did come check the thermostat. Still unsure what the problem was. Also noticed there was no gfci outlet in the bathroom. I thought that was code? I found a hair tie and a plastic yarn needle on the carpet in our room so don't know if they actually swept it. The floor just outside the elevator had crumbs or dirt or something...
