「The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped the staff were efficient and friendly. There were staff on reception 24 hours a day, which helped with our early morning collection.
I would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available.
As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable 」
