「Terrible customer service. Refused to allow my guest inside and forced them to wait in the freezing cold until I got through showering and get dressed to let them inside.」

「Its an old motel trying to look new. carpets are old and when you take a papertowel and swipe it across the rug you can see the dirt it picks up. shower and bathtub need repairs. room looks clean. no charging stations for cell phones. breakfast has only waffles no meat and no potatoes. will not be staying there again」
