「I don't know where to start. One word EXCELLENT and beyond. From the second we entered the parking we were already in love. Than check in...beyond excellent. Customer service above and beyond. We stayed for our child's 16 birthday...Our son not only was surprised by Happy Birthday wishes right at check in, but also when we opened the door to our room, there was a birthday card on his bed and a small gift. This is what made me so happy as a mom how appreciated my son was . And it made him also...

「The grounds were absolutely stunning. The acres of green grass and towering rocks. I loved that the hotel is right there in Garden of Gods. The hiking trails are beautiful too. The accommodations were clean and inviting. I also loved having breakfast at the Castle. We ate outside and enjoyed a beautiful view of the grounds. We will definitely return. We give it a 10 out of 10.」

「Booked a normal room, they gave me a "accessible" room. Not an issue for me, but the front desk lady thought it was. She was very condescending due to her thinking I booked a handicapped room. She lied to me and told me the sun shield doesn't come down due to them locking it into place for visually impaired and they put the room by a light outside so light would shine in. This was absurd! 「We were given a room and two keys. Went to the room, opened the door and it was full of girls and mom's dressing for a wedding or something. Very uncomfortable for all, me and my 13 year old son included. And worse yet was the front desk attendant was rude, not apologetic and we had to carry all our luggage back up front from the back end of the hotel. We did get moved to a room with a better view, but still..... We also had a view of police raiding a homeless camp. That was interesting,...

「Air conditioning didn’t work. Breakfast was really bad. Shower head didn’t work right. Fridge only froze. Floors were dirty. Staff was helpful though.」

「Small pool and hot tub on site, ice machines, designated parking. Excellent staff, the cabins were fun and they offer a small complementary continental breakfast. You can walk to the shopping district and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!」

「The pool was absolutely disgusting. We’ve never started anywhere that has had a pool so gross. Things were floating around. Clumps of white and brown stuff everywhere. Hallway floors were stained and not vacuumed. Hair balls on the floor. We will never stay here again.」
