「Property was very outdated. Breakfast: pancake machine was broken. Decaf coffee has grounds in it. Eggs were not real, rubbery. Only kids cereal and sugary oatmeal, we had to go out for breakfasts. Exercise room has no treadmills, broken equipment and virtually no dumbbells. Couch in room has stains on it. No coffee in lobby most of the time. Parking lot was loaded with weeds and mowed lawn.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We look forward to staying here again!」

「This place was nothing like what it described on Expedia. It didn’t have a in room hot tub, no casino shuttle. There were raccoons in the garbage cans right outside our room. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even talk with a sick voice. Not acceptable! And then just to get a 12. Refund!!!! Very angry!」

「David and his hospitality was outstanding. He is a really nice and humble person, we traveled with a big group of people and he was so welcoming. Thank you David and team.」

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「Staff was friendly and efficient」

「Room and hotel was clean and in a good location. Had food options within walking distance」

「No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple.」

「Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.」

「What a great experience! The host is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. It’s so easy to walk around. Nice shops and restaurants near by 」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view with comfortable gliders to sit outside. Comfortable bed. Nice Fall decorating touches in the room. Minor suggestions: Hooks or someplace to hang jackets. Also, Shower gel and hand soap were both almost empty making it difficult to get some out of the containers. Excellent stay.」

「My family and I booked as we were going to the field of dreams site. We wanted a hotel that was close. The check-in process was easy. The outside looks like you would imagine a hotel in a small town would. Upon arriving in her room. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The air was off and when I turned the air on it got worse. I have a daughter that is a heart transplant. She instantly started coughing. My husband came into the room with his first load of items from the car. He told me...
