「Great beach. Oceanfront room excellent. Staff very good, many speak English and if you can speak just a bit of Spanish, no problems. Food: breakfast and lunch buffets very good. La Brisa restaurant excellent. A la carte restaurants at the Palace only so-so ....... assembly line cooking. Noisy: It's a huge property and attracts large groups which can be noisy - especially at the pool. The Palace seemed almost frenetic at times, families with children and US young adults on Spring Break. ...

「Just returned from Breathless … overall a great experience. Our concierge Gricelda was amazing. She was so attentive to our needs. She made my sister’s birthday extra special. The rooms were clean, staff were pleasant. Love having access to Now Onyx. My only complaint would be… people placing towels on chairs, leaving for hours or never returning. There should be a policy in place to prevent chair hogging. It’s inconsiderate to the other guest. Also I think workers should be considerate...

「The staff is excellent! Everyone from the wait staff at the restaurants to the housekeepers are so caring. Our room was taken care of daily and was clean. The pool was my favorite part! The swim up bar and activity staff were fantastic. 」
