Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide...

「Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close....

「I'm not sure if it's due to inadequate cleaning, but I got bitten by something and now have several welts on my body. They look like insect bites. However, the area is really convenient for dining and sightseeing.」

「I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure guests didn’t get lost. Another advantage of the location is that it is quite close to the metro station. 「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」

「Perfect hotel in Montreal. Room is so big with fully function kitchen. Rooms look news in Canadian standard and is in good conditions. Location is good too with walking distacnce to supermarket and shopping street. Can park for 15 mins in front of the hotel maindoor to unload the luggage.」

「Stayed only one night. Was actually surprised as it was a decent hotel. Nice room and bathroom updates. Only issue and it has nothing to do with the hotel is the construction on Cote de Liesse. Seems like it has been ongoing for ever」
