「The reason I am writing this review is because of one person. I don’t know her last name but her first name is Pat, she is in charge of the kitchen for breakfast. I had misunderstood the time given for breakfast, so when we came down there was nothing left. She saw that I was upset, came over and offered to make us something really quick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. 」
