I did not feel safe. This did not look like the photos! They need remodeling. Simple paint can do the job. But everything looked dirty and broken down. You had people in the parking lot at all times blasting their music in the car. Uber rides take forever here.

One of my worst hotel experiences. There was a dead rat in the parking lot and a roach ran across the floor of our room. The card key quit working on our second day and had to be reprogrammed. The shower curtain rod sagged in the middle so the curtain would not stay closed at each end while showering. The room never got cleaned because their policy is to only clean rooms every fourth day of your stay. If you want clean towels you must call housekeeping each day to request them. Will never stay there again.

The room needed more TLC and the bathroom walls had hand prints on them. I took a washcloth and wiped them down. Then I used Lysol wipes to go over the walls again. The breakfast choices were bagels, toast, cereal and you could make your own waffles. The computer room was down. There were people hanging out late in the evening playing loud music. There were cones placed in parking spaces in front of my room. When I returned to the room later that evening. The cones were moved and there were cars in place. So I'm guessing the permit residents wanted better parking.

Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again.

The room was handicapped! The room was an ajoining room which I wasn't told about either. The lady using the bathroom which was where the ajoining door was at sounded like she was in our bathroom and I could see the light from her room in my room!!! There was paint chipping, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The ceiling had been patched where there was obviously a leak. There was no place to hang our wedding attire. The floor was filthy. I showered and walked around with no shoes on in the room and had to rewash my feet! The pillows on the bed were little 2x2 squares. The AC sounded like a tractor trailer coming into the room. The chair next to the bed looked like it was purchased from a yard sale. We had to reconnect the TV every time we wanted to watch something. I would like a full refund and I will neve recommend this hotel again nor will I ever use Expedia again. I have photos if you need them.

If you’re looking for a hotel that makes you question every life decision that led you there, this is the place. The moment we pulled up, we genuinely wondered if we had accidentally driven onto the set of a low-budget horror movie. The fence surrounding the property looked like a T-Rex from Jurassic Park had escaped, taken one look around, and decided to make a few renovations of its own. It was torn up, bent, and generally gave the impression that something large and angry had recently escaped. We were confident that if we walked inside the room, we would immediately start playing a fun new game called “Is That Blood or Nail Polish?” Spoiler alert: we never found out. We knew there would be questionable stains and suspicious looking spots everywhere. Not to mention whatever could have been possibly living in there. If you enjoy horror movies, abandoned buildings, and wondering whether the stains on the floor are part of the décor or evidence, you may actually love this
