「Unable to use shower due to bath tub filling up faster than it could drain then it took over 30mins to drain and that's a huge inconvenience. The property never contacted me like the worker said someone would and I find that so unprofessional. I posted this picture of the candy on the floor soon as we walked in the room also.」

「Overall, the hotel was amazing. The pool was closed for all 3 days we were there with random excuses each day and they kept saying it would be open but never was. So that was my big gripe as my kids were super disappointed. The breakfast was 10/10. The snacks/drinks in the evening was so fun. The lobby area to hang out in was amazing. If the pool was open, I would have nothing negative to say. The staff would not look up from their chit chatting when I asked if the pool was open either.」

「I've stayed at the Metropolitan swveral times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. I have never had the breakfast, but the reataurant has very good food, and LOVE the Vault! Great atmosphere and the drinks are always very, very good!」
