「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, everything in good condition and well organized. The location is also convenient for getting around and exploring the area. As a downside, the staff was not very attentive or helpful, which affected the experience a bit. Also, the breakfast could have more variety. Still, it was an acceptable stay.」

「I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter Hotel in Medellín. From the moment I checked in, things were off. First, they charged me 100,000 COP for “dirty sheets” — which makes no sense because sheets are meant to be washed anyway. It’s not like anything was damaged or excessively soiled.
