This hotel's terrace upstairs is absolutely beautiful. It's built around a beautiful huge tree. The views from the terrace where breakfast is served are stunning. The staff is professional and so kind to always make extra effort. They made my breakfast to go when I was on my way to the airport.

The property was not as inviting as the pictures on Expedia site. Neighborhood was sketchy. The pool was more like a jacuzzi and definitely not inviting. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I booked a hotel room for the night of the 16th. I was unable to check in because they were full / sold out. I ended up having to dispute the charge and reservation with Hotels.com and this hotel. This hotel refused to refund the money and blamed Hotels.com, and Hotels.com blamed the hotel. Neither wanted to accountable and do the right thing, so I ended up with no hotel and out the money for the room.
