The staff are all wonderful, the lofts are giant and the beds are great. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at when in Ciudad Jardín in Cali Colombia!

Every time I visit Cali, Colombia, I always choose to stay at the Acquasanta Lofts Hotel. It is a wonderful place with a modern feel. The rooms are very clean, which makes my stay comfortable. The staff at the hotel is always kind and professional, making me feel welcome every time I arrive. I love the atmosphere there, and it feels like a home away from home. The property is amazing. A small number of Lofts that each have an incredible amount of space including many amenities. The property itself has a parking lot, a pool and it's located on top of a good pizza restaurant that can get you sorted for breakfast and even a dinner one day.

Couples weekend

Had a lovely stay at Acqua Santas. It was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. In the city but definitely felt away from the buzz. The only thingbwas we probablyvwould havevused the jacuzzi if it hadn't filled upbwith leafs from the trees so maybe leavecthe cover on and just explain to guest how to remove it to use. However, it wouldve just been a call away and they would havecsirted it out for us, no doubt, so not a problem really.

I came to this hotel for my second stay in Cali Colombia . After staying in a different hotel the first time this hotel completely changed my opinion about Cali the hotel is beautiful, quite the rooms are very very specious. The water in the shower has a very good stream and also hot water . The room is controlled by an iPad so it is really technologically advanced . I really had a good time in this room it was so convenient and well thought will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends….

Very expensive for the city. Too much technology inside the room. You can only use a tablet and half of the amenities work properly. TV and audio did not work properly. Shower too hot or too cold. The breakfast took almost an hour since there is no restaurant inside the hotel. Only room service available. Not recommended for the price.

My first time in Columbia was a great experience and Aqua Santa loft hotel was a big part of that experience. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the amazing food and the late night dip in the pool or the hot tub or their so treatment and private chef for a date night. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their guest I recommend this hotel and definitely worth the buck. Loft look amazing. I wouldn’t recommend infants thought it’s a very fancy room

Nice But Not That Nice

Nice hotel and a very large suite. It's was more like an apartment. However, it is dated as far as fixtures and furnishings. Beware: Everything is controlled by using an IPAD. It was frustrating as I'm not a real technology-oriented person. At 4:00 am the lights above the bed suddenly came on! Try figuring out an IPAD at 4 in the morning when you have just been awakened by lights that come on unexpectedly. Other than the IPAD, everything is okay. Not worth the money I paid for the night though.

Extraordinary and Exceptional Service

My stay was amazing! The free breakfast was delicious, The staff was very helpful and as a side note when I checked out I forgot my Louis Vuitton Passport holder in the safe with $100 cash in it, When I called they went to the room retrieved my item sent it to me in the United States and Returned the Cash to me... Extraordinary and Exceptional Service.. I will stay there whenever I return to Cali Colombia

Great Location

Priced high yet service is exceptional. Highly recommended. When booking make sure you state 4 to 6 occupants as they bill you for visitors after 10PM EST. That was the only thing I had as an issue as the units are Spacious and packed with high end technology.
