「Excelente」

「HOTEL is pretty. I love a breakfast buffet and one with a view yes thanks. The pool and rooftop restaurant are so beautiful. cleaning staff prompt and room was very small but nicely laid out. Love the balcony and being able to get fresh air. Tried the downstairs pizza place and the pesto mushroom was tasty. The rainfall shower while nice doesnt help. I need a handheld shower head to feel clean and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Perhaps make so online multiple language explanatory things...

「Breakfast was good, coffee was hot , the room was extremely quiet with birds sounds. Fabulous experience, hot tub was warm and pleasant , our shower didn't get warm , the sauna was amazing though. The staff were kind and service was good Overall highly recommended 」

「The views were incredible. The host was most amazing, and the staff was kind and courteous. For my first visit to Cartagena, I was blessed to find this place across from the beach. The landmark sign was so convenient and a huge tourist attraction, with food, souvenirs, and I even got a massage. I will be back with friends,」

「The room was spotless and super cute. The hotel was also very chic. The breakfast was so worth it just for the fresh cut fruit! Everything runs on Google Home in Spanish. So if you’re a Siri user who speaks English you’re SOL. I wish it was a little closer to the center of El Poblado & Provenza, but I bypassed a lot of club noise that way. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and I had to call security on the party next door at 3am and 3:30. But that’s not the hotels issue. 」

「Good variety of food options. They should include more breakfast options such as turkey bacon or turkey sausage for those that don’t eat pork. Hotel was very nice especially two pool areas. Also they should inform guest that mini fridge items are not complementary. 」
