「I booked 1 week for my fiancé and myself to celebrate our engagement. I work in the Middle East. Due to the war, all flights were cancelled and I was stuck here. I contacted the hotel one moth out to tell them my situation & to see if they would work with me. I provided proof from my employer that I am here and everything the hotel management asked for. They refused to give me a refund or credit. It wasn't a last minute cancelation. I gave them a 40 day notice of my situation. 」
