The property was maitained daily by the cleaning staff. It was always someone somewhere ensuring that the property was in pristine condition. The property is a bit dated but it is convenient to everything you need. The beach and main boardwalk is a two minute saunter. Venodors serve great food and drinks as well as trinkets to being home.

The room was beautiful and clean, most of the staff was super nice but the dining options were lacking. Just one restaurant was open and the options were not what I am used to when staying at an all inclusive resort

A ONE STAR is to generous for these people. -Water pool on bathroom floor, water leak from ceiling, pool under construction, food is horrible gave ME DIAREAH, no beach access ,no pool access, wifi suck inside bedroom. -DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

NÃO TEM ÁGUA QUENTE E QUARTOS SÃO SUJOS Por mais que seja um país quente, é muito desafiador ter que tomar banho frio todos os dias. Se esta informação estivesse especificada, eu nunca teria reservado este hotel. Pra ajudar, a higiene não é o forte do hotel. A cama estava cheia de cabelos, o lençol e travesseiros pareciam ter sido usados e não lavados. Existem coisas que o hotel não tem controle, mas com vigilância poderia ser evitado: vimos um hóspede se servindo no buffet com as mãos ao invés de usar os pegadores, enfindo a mão dentro do pode mesmo e contaminando a comida. Até tinha gente do hotel por perto, mas ninguém falou nada até que outros hóspedes reclamaram. Academia não é do hotel e não abre aos domingos. Piscina é ok e a comida não é ruim, mas eu não ficaria novamente nem de graça.

Ese hotel es terrible, no me gusta nada. Todo es un completo desastre. Es horriblemente feo y viejo. Los restaurantes son horribles y no pagaría por la comida que sirven. No entiendo por qué tienes que hacer una reserva para un buffet. Las bebidas como los refrescos que tenías que servirte tú mismo de la botella de litro, las bebidas del bar disponibles con licor barato de tercera clase. Tenían manteles y las sillas eran de plástico. Sin mencionar que el hotel no tiene piscina y la playa está a aproximadamente 1 cuadra de distancia. Nada como lo que muestran en las fotos que anunciaron. Al final, esta experiencia fue horrible. Mi dinero fue a la basura.

Love the part that is well located, right in the center of town and just two blocks from the beach. The air conditioner in our room leaked throughout all our stay. We had to keep towels on the floor to soak the water and for safety. One day the toilet clogged, and it took all afternoon for someone to come and fix it. Meanwhile we had to use the pool bathroom. The food is not good and has limited options.
