The staff was nice and polite, which we appreciated. The room was spacious and had a good view. However, we do not recommend the food or the bar. Additionally, the door, shower, and sink are outdated and need to be replaced. Because of these issues, we did not feel very secure during our stay

Great hotel

The service guys very friendly! Cleaning lady super awesome! Hotel condition I’ll give 7/10 but I noticed they are remodeling the rooms, that’s a plus! You need to be very patient with the internet 4/10 for the internet. I will totally go back to this hotel Thank you for a great stay Lord Pierre! Paulina my favorite! Always had a smile for our family!!

We arrived extremely late so we missed out our first day of food and amenities, upon check out we had a lare flight, originally upon check in we were told that we could use all amenities and facility until we departed from the hotel. They refused to serve pur snacks and dinner and they made a big deal with pur drinks consumptions although we had paid for full board. I almost lost my flight as they lost the key for mthe toom that was holding my luggage. Service in general and facility was poor. Location was excellent

This hotel was extremely disappointing. I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was nothing like what is advertised online. The rooms were under construction, with humidity everywhere. The pool was out of service, there was no hot water, and the elevator was not working. We had planned to stay five nights, but we left the very next morning and instead stayed at one of the guesthouses around the island. That is without mention the breakfast horrible service 😑

Buyer Beware

The Hotel was a good one prior to 2019"....no maintenance has ruined the place. Security issue , We were robbed of over 500$ by the cleaning crew. When we reported it was met with a Bad attitude and pass the buck on who was responsible. Most likely the Worst Hotel on the Island

We booked a trip 2-3 months in advance requesting handicap room, once we arrived there was no rooms available or anything for handicap individuals as advertised. The bathrooms had no functioning doors for privacy in the lobby hotel is a disaster and staff are useless for customer care. Beware of this scam, photos on website are false.

No good customer service from the management and some of the staff, except for one of the front desk lady, Paulina, she was very nice. Adicional the elevator was not working, either the restroom at dinning area, no enough hot water, no enough towel service, no ice, no refrigerator, no hairdryer, no milk for breakfast, no enough shampoo-soap, one day no house keeping. Poor condition of the facilities in general.

- This hotel is going through a huge refurbishment however this is not mentioned on Expedia. - They still have a huge amount of work to do so buyer beware. - The owners are greedy for not shutting this property whilst renovating because it is hugely disruptive. - No lift so be ready for 6 flights of stairs if you’re unlucky enough to be on the 4th fl. - Dock/pontoon/jetty is out of use as it is being rebuilt. Pool area is basic and needs renovation. - Rooms and all communal areas in need of a refurb. Our room door didn’t shut/lock properly and was a fear in it self to secure. The safe in our room was also out of order and one night we had to fix the toilet as it stopped flushing. - Breakfast was basic, not great variety if you are vegetarian or don’t eat pork or eggs! Make sure you mention before hand so that maybe they can cater for you. - Currently, the only positive thing going for this establishment is the great location!

I stayed 4 nights in Oct 2023, the location is excellent but the property is very run down. They ran out of water twice, once while I was in the shower. The windows were dirty and don't close properly, the elevator does not work, there is no vent or window in the bathrooms, the doors use mechanical keys not cards, etc. My friend upgraded to a room with a balcony - there were 3 AC units on his balcony cranking out heat and noise. I'd guess the building is about 40 years old, and on its last legs before a major reno or demolition.

I travel extensively and this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It's that bad. I don't think they could just fix things and make it look presentable. At first at check in the lady was awful. Tried charging me for the room I had already paid for on Expedia. After 30 minutes I finally got passed the front desk but had to wait until 3 to get in. I came back at 315 and had to wait another 30 minutes for the room. I got to my room and wifi didn't work so I packed all my stuff and moved to another room. The shower didn't work so I had to go to another room to shower and it was never fixed. I didn't even have hot water. Then there is the bed, they only give you a flat sheet to use. No blankets or comforters. I have never seen this ever. A thin sheet to use! I have a dog at home and so I stay at motel 6 sometimes when road tripping and this place makes a motel 6 seem like a Ritz Carlton. It was the most expensive of all the hotels I stayed in Colombia over the 35 days and this was awful. Lucky it does have a great location and the staff got nicer as my stay continued over the 4 days.

O que vcs me venderam nao condiz com a realidade..o Hotel está em obra e os quartos,parte externa ,de lazer estao em desacordo com que vcs apresentam na plataforma...paredes rachadas,chao quebrado,janelas soltas,enferrujadas,o bar externo nao existe,barulho de obras ate tarde da noite,corrimao soltos e pregos enferrujados a mostra...ao check in foi muito desagradável..nos deram um quarto vista parede no segundo andar e um quarto PNE..com camas separadas..A equipe da diretoria nos ofereceu uns mimos com um pedido de desculpa,porem sinto o prejuizo financeiro e a sensação de ser enganada nao me conforta....esperamos uma resposta de vcs...obrigada

El hotel está en mantenimiento y eso no lo avisaron, hay construcción en proceso, materiales… Viaje con mi mamá y mi tía y nos dieron una habitación en el cuarto piso, este hotel no tiene ascensor lo cual nos incomodó mucho estar subiendo tantas gradas y con maletas. La habitación tenía una caja fuerte que no servía, la persiana dañada y el agua del sanitario no subía bien, tocaba esperar mucho para poder vaciar el inodoro. Siento que el costo que pagué es muy alto para las condiciones que ofrecía el hotel. Destaco excelente servicio de parte de los trabajadores, su atención estuvo muy buena y eso hizo que no cancelara la reserva y me fuera a buscar otro hotel que no estuviera en construcción.

El hotel está siendo remodelado, ruido todo el tiempo, sin agua en el lavatorio o en la ducha repetidamente, ante el reclamo, los responsabilizan a ustedes las agencias de turismo, diciendo que por eso hay una tarifa con descuentos especiales, es cierto eso? No ponen toallas de mano, solo toallas grandes de ducha o baño, tiene un cartel si tiene algún problema, solo tienen que marcar el 0, pero el intercomunicador no funciona… Y lo peor, entra mi amiga Virginia a la habitación cuando la están limpiando y ve que está revisando una de las maletas la persona de limpieza, quien al recriminarle sin dudas de lo que estaba viendo, le dice que al tocar su nalga con la cama, se cayo sobre la maleta… no habiendo ninguna posibilidad ni dudas de lo que estaba ocurriendo.
Esa maleta estaba siendo revisada por el personal de limpieza.
