「Horrible staff. No towels upon request, taxis are called begrudgingly, when asking about tours I was given a book and told to call them directly. At reception I was told they were “holding” my passport. Wait at dinner was over an hour. Complete disaster. Would warn against it. On top of all there is nothing worth going to within a walkable area. Thumbs down across the board.」

「Very slow checking process it tells very clean but it is on a very noisy street a lot of traffic and street noise. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The food was so so online. It looks like they have a Jacuzzi but it’s just a cold pool with jets this hotel has a great rooftop, however they do not serve alcohol at this property it would be nice to have a glass of wine or a beer while sitting on the rooftop it is a very good value, good location and very clean」

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「El hotel estaba limpio, la recepcion y las habitaciones limpias. Que no me gustó? Falta una estacion de agua y café en la recepcion, también el agua de la piscina estaba turbia y finalmente, los ban̈os de las habitaciones no tenian tohalla de mano. L'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu, la réception et les chambres propres. Qu'est-ce que je n'ai pas aimé ? Il n'y a pas de station d'eau et café à la réception (c'est essentiel). 「Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio.
