「This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. The main bed was so hard I think sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been better so...

「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...

「For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island.」

「Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado」

「There was a maggot in my salad. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The sink in our bathroom was cracked. Which made on of the faucets/taps leak in our bathroom, there was water all over the floor. We did not know there were two parts to the hotel. The old part and the new part. The elevator in the old part had no air conditioning, it just blew hot air. The new part of the hotel looked a lot better there was air conditioning in the elevators. 「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「The front desk was very helpful. They was really nice, the room is big enough but there was dirty and nasty. We found some cockroaches in the room. We tell the housekeeper and the front desk guy, they don’t clean the room. Plus the shower was broken and the drain clogged. I don’t really comeback to this hotel.」
