「Great property, staff they have access to everything “Mulita” and all the tours you need, Jose at the front desk was super helpful and Javier is the man to get you all the attractions you need. Great restaurant and location you’d rather stay there and get a Mulita for at least 24 hours so you can see the entire island. Room are on the small side but the views are worthy and technically you only will go to sleep there. We are already to go back there」

「First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here...

「The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay very unpleasant. According to our Expedia reservation, a complimentary bottle of wine or another welcome drink was included, but we didn’t received it. We had to remind them of that. They never gave us the drinks. We also wanted to watch the Soccer World Cup game, but the hotel did not have a working TV in the restaurant or dining area, so guests were unable to watch the match.」

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio.
