Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam und herzlich, was uns sofort willkommen fühlen ließ. Einen besonderen Dank an Rebecca, sie war immer an unserer Seite und hat uns super weitergeholfen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

An overall good experience at Casa Hendaus. The room was clean, and the bed was very big and super comfortable! The breakfast has some okay options, however most of the days we were not given our complementary juice :(. One issue we had with our room was that the balcony door would not lock. We informed reception on the first day, however this was not ever resolved. As some other reviews have mentioned, the location is a bit away from the busy areas that have more restaurants, however we really enjoyed the location, as it was peaceful, and loved enjoying some quiet evenings by the pool! On another positive note, the staff were happy to let us keep our bicycles in the hotel. The hotel is great value for money, and we would recommend staying overall.

Wir liebten den Pool und das Personal war toll. Ein Supermarkt mit guten Preisen ist quasi nebenan - den fanden wir toll. Wir haben uns 1-2 x pro Tag mit einem Taxi fahren lassen - für 20.000COP in die Stadt / zum Hafen für Ausflüge oder 27.000COP zum Airport. Zu Fuss vom Airport mit Koffer war keine gute Idee - mit Rucksack kann man es machen. Zum Strand sind es 15min.

Hotel com uma equipe ótima bem Atenciosa para chamar táxi e indicações , toalha para praia . O hotel está localizado próximo ao aeroporto porém longe do centro . As soon as I arrive the hospitality was amazing. Receptionist were friendly and helpful even before I landed to the island. My flight was delayed and they made it very welcoming introducing me to all the things the island had to offer. My bed had the extra blankets. I was flying solo and I basically was provided with my personal driver. I got sun burn and they had lotion ready for me to use. You do need a taxi to move around the island. However the nearest public beach is 13 min walk and it was safe during the day. The view was great each time I had breakfast. Breakfast was good. Well served and mix. It is not buffet style. I loved the decor on the entire property to take good selfies. Bed was comfortable, clean, good size, and decorated differently daily. I think the cleaning crew are so creative when they know who their guests are. Staff are friendly, caring and anything you need just call or ask. They are fast. Water pressure in the shower was low in my room. Took some time to warm up the water. Overall, everything worked with perfection. I would definitely go again to this hotel.

Oferece tudo o que apresentam na apresentação! Apesar de não ficar no centro é muito fácil o acesso para quem quer fugir um pouco do agito . Íamos a pé para o centro . O café da amanhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades . A recepcionista da parte da tarde até a noite era fantástica , solucionava qualquer pendência.
