「My stay at Cocoplum Beach Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Andrés. I would happily stay here again!」

NED TO IMPROVE SECTION: from the outside the hotel looks great, but the rooms are poorly maintained. once again, nothing related to the staff, but to management not investing into the structure and let it rundown to the the stream. As an example: every time we washed our hands, in our BR, our feet got wet. It rained few times and every time the water came into the room throughout the bottom of the door...
