Hi Guys,
The service was great, the employees do all the jobs so they are slow but not becouse they slow but because they are doing too much. the cuture as well they take their time.
If you looking for a a place to relax, low key and close to beach this is your place, if you are tall you may have issures walking. The rooms feel like containters and the space in the wall and the bed is very narrow and the shower is smaill
The cabin was too small but larger cabins can be rented for a little more. None were available. Breakfast was delicious. The beach views were gorgeous.
This is a nice and convenient place to relax. The staff is friendly. However, rooms and showers are surprisingly small for the average person. Beach is a plus!
I really enjoyed staying at this unique hotel, the rooms are quite tiny but very cozy and lovely. Especially I enjoyed my terrasse with beach view. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive, the food delicious. All in all a wonderful stay. I will come back for sure.
Great location since it’s right on the beach. The idea of the room inside a white ship container is pretty unique but in overall the room needs some renovations as some stuff are lottery falling apart. We had an issue with lacking of warm water in the shower 3 night out of 4. The cleanliness of the room is below standard. The staff makes up for all the deficiencies.
This hotels is comprised of eco friendly cubes as rooms. They are small by American standards yet quite sufficient for a stay, Comfortable king size bed and shower. Limited closet space but ok. The property is very well maintained and showcases a wonderful outdoor covered restaurant and fun bar. One highlight is the beach which is awesome and clean. Plenty of lounges chairs and cabana beds. Service is awesome while dining. In addition service is extended to the beach which is wonderful
Best place to stay on the island. It is private and small and quiet. It is far enough away from downtown and the traffic. The food at the resort is good and the staff was warm and welcoming. Javier is amazing and I would recommend doing the VIP tour with Andres “Jack Sparrow” Julianna made amazing drinks while serving them with a smile
This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly, specially Suanny, Natalia and Javier. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Drinks and food were 10/10!
The facility overall appears to lack proper housekeeping. The bathroom is located behind the main restaurant, which is highly inappropriate. There is a noticeable unpleasant odor while dining, making the experience extremely unappealing.
Let me first say that the negative reviews are wrong. Yes, there is hot water, the rooms are small but very clean. The staff for a struggling spanish speaker are very polite and patient. The staff do speak english, so do not worry. Now let me say this..the 31 year old chef is amazing. The food was so good we and many other guest did not need to go into town for food. Thank goodness they do not have a pastre chef. If we had desserts, I will need to buy new clothes after the vacation. Seriously, the chef, the staff, the property, the views and all of San Andres is amazing. I am coming back again and again. Excellent!!!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely small, the bathroom had a terrible smell, and there was barely any space to place our luggage.
On our last day, it started to rain, so we returned to our room. Suddenly, it began raining inside the room — at first just on the floor, so we placed towels down, but shortly after, water was pouring in from everywhere: the bed, the bathroom, and even running down the walls.
We immediately reported the situation to the front desk, and they claimed it was the first time this had ever happened — which is clearly not true, as the extent of the water damage suggested an ongoing issue.
We were forced to move to another room in the middle of a torrential downpour, and the staff completely ignored what had happened. No apology, no assistance — absolutely disgraceful.
This is the kind of hotel you should actively avoid. Honestly, sleeping outside would have been a better option.
